An established hospitality group is seeking a highly experienced and strategic Chief Operating Officer / Business Manager. The ideal candidate will bring proven expertise in operations management, business strategy, and hospitality leadership to enhance efficiency and scale business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily business operations and ensure outstanding service delivery and guest satisfaction.
- Develop and execute strategies to drive revenue growth, profitability, and long-term sustainability.
- Manage financial performance, budgets, and optimal allocation of resources across business units.
- Lead process improvements, enforce compliance, and drive operational efficiency.
- Build and sustain relationships with partners, vendors, and regulatory agencies.
- Provide leadership, mentorship, and direction to teams while collaborating with senior executives on organizational vision.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field; MBA strongly preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive leadership experience, including at least 5 years in senior operations or executive roles within hospitality or service industries.
- Demonstrated success in business strategy, financial management, and operational excellence.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to innovate, adapt, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
