Job Description
A facility management company in Gwarinpa is seeking an experienced Human Resource Manager to oversee employee relations, recruitment, performance management, and compliance with labor regulations. The role requires a highly organized professional with strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate employee records, contracts, attendance, and payroll data.
- Manage employee relations, grievances, and conflict resolution.
- Coordinate onboarding, training, and staff development programs.
- Monitor attendance, leave management, and staff scheduling.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years’ HR experience, preferably within the service or facility management sector.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
- Membership in CIPM or other HR professional body is an advantage.
