Responsibilities
- Ensure operational activities are completed on time and within budget.
- Oversee production schedules to meet client and customer demands.
- Coordinate delivery schedules with drivers and logistics partners for efficient, timely deliveries.
- Collaborate with customer service teams to resolve inquiries and complaints, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to improve business performance.
Requirements
- B.Sc./M.Sc. in a business-related field; MBA is an added advantage.
- Minimum of 6 years of relevant operations management experience, preferably in retail or food manufacturing.
- Proven experience in managing customer service and logistics operations.
- Management certifications such as PMP or Six Sigma are an advantage.
