A leading cosmetics brand in Nigeria is seeking a Sales Automation & Digital Transformation Executive. The role focuses on enhancing sales processes with automation and driving digital transformation initiatives to boost efficiency and business performance.
Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize sales force automation (SFA) tools to improve team productivity.
- Analyze sales data and generate actionable insights for strategy development.
- Collaborate with IT and cross-functional teams to implement digital transformation projects, including ERP systems.
- Utilize advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros) to build models, automate reporting, and ensure accurate data analysis.
- Drive adoption of digital tools across teams and provide support for effective usage.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, IT, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in sales automation, digital transformation, or similar roles.
- Proven knowledge of sales automation tools such as Salesforce, SAP, or Oracle.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and macros.
- Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
- Experience in the cosmetics or FMCG industry is an added advantage.
