Job Summary
The Senior Consumer Business Associate will manage complex customer interactions, promote healthcare products and services, and ensure alignment of consumer insights with business goals. This position is crucial in driving customer satisfaction, revenue growth, and team development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build a strong understanding of Reliance Health’s healthcare offerings, wellness programs, and insurance plans.
  • Handle escalations, address complex inquiries, and provide timely resolutions.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products or services to customers.
  • Provide tailored recommendations while maintaining a customer-focused approach.
  • Mentor junior associates to improve team effectiveness and customer service quality.

Requirements

  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in any field.
  • 3–5 years’ experience in consumer business, customer service, or healthcare-related roles.
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare products, insurance plans, or wellness services.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to resolve escalations and manage complex inquiries.
  • Experience in upselling and cross-selling while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Mentoring or coaching experience is an added advantage.
