Job Description

Beamco Nigeria Limited, a 100% Nigerian-owned engineering company incorporated in 1980, is seeking to hire an experienced IT Support Officer for its Lagos branch. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth IT operations across multiple locations.

Responsibilities

  • Perform printer maintenance, toner replacement, and cabling tasks to ensure seamless operations.
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, and IP telephony issues.
  • Set up, configure, and maintain computers, networks, and IT equipment in line with company standards.
  • Provide on-site and remote IT support, training, and user guidance across all branches.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Minimum of 3–5 years of IT support experience.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, networking, firewalls, hardware, and cabling.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, multitasking, and teamwork skills.
  • Must be willing to travel occasionally to Abuja and Port Harcourt.
