Job Description
An opportunity is available for an experienced Information Technology Executive to support technology operations across multiple outlets within a Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) and retail chain. The role requires strong technical skills to ensure smooth operations of POS systems, networks, digital platforms, and IT infrastructure to enhance efficiency and customer service delivery.
Responsibilities
- Maintain, troubleshoot, and update POS systems, kitchen display units, and retail technologies.
- Ensure stable internet and intranet connectivity to support sales and reporting functions.
- Install, configure, and manage hardware, software, user accounts, and access rights.
- Implement cybersecurity measures and safeguard data across outlets.
- Support rollout of new outlets including IT setup, POS deployment, and staff training.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3–5 years’ experience in IT support, preferably in QSR, retail, or FMCG sectors.
- Strong knowledge of POS systems, retail software, and payment integrations.
- Solid understanding of networking, system uptime monitoring, and data synchronization.
- Familiarity with ERP/CRM solutions and digital ordering platforms is an advantage.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication skills, and ability to work under pressure.
- Flexibility to provide on-site IT support at outlets when required.
