A leading company is seeking an experienced Sales Director to drive business growth, lead a high-performing sales team, and manage multi-channel operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue, market share, and customer acquisition goals.
- Oversee sales operations across modern trade, open trade, distributors, e-commerce, and direct channels.
- Manage the Sales P&L, including budgets, promotions, and key account deals while optimizing ROI.
- Recruit, lead, and mentor sales leaders, ensuring continuous performance improvement.
- Build strong relationships with major clients, partners, and distributors while leading negotiations.
Requirements
- 8–10 years of progressive sales experience, including at least 4 years in senior leadership.
- Proven track record in FMCG, Consumer Durables, Technology, or Industrial sectors.
- Strong knowledge of sales metrics, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, CRM, and BI tools.
- Minimum of an undergraduate degree (required).
