A leading global delivery company is hiring a Head of Finance & Strategy in Lagos. The role involves driving profitability, supporting strategic growth, and leading financial operations across Nigeria.
Responsibilities
- Support the General Manager in making strategic and financial decisions.
- Define and monitor long-term goals, quarterly targets, and annual planning.
- Lead cross-functional projects to improve profitability and ensure flawless execution.
- Oversee treasury functions, financial reporting, and external audits.
- Coordinate with global finance teams and manage relationships with external consultants and auditors.
Requirements
- 6–10+ years of experience in consulting, investment banking, audit, or corporate finance.
- Strong analytical and financial skills, including advanced Excel and reporting expertise.
- Proven ability to lead projects, influence stakeholders, and work across teams.
- Advanced accounting and finance knowledge, with fluency in English.
- Hands-on, results-driven, and able to work independently.
