Key Responsibilities
- Lead daily sales operations across depot and sales territories, ensuring efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor product stock, forecast demand, and enforce FIFO to prevent stock-outs and expiries.
- Track and report monthly and yearly sales performance by depot, category, brand, and SKU.
- Build strong customer relationships through regular meetings and communication.
- Manage distributor performance, ensuring compliance with credit exposure policies and driving growth.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field.
- 5–7 years’ sales experience, preferably within the manufacturing or FMCG sector.
- Strong knowledge of customer and market dynamics.
- Skills in data analysis, route-to-market strategies, and sales team management.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
