Role Overview
A Podcast & Content Associate is needed to take full responsibility for producing two podcast episodes per month. This role covers everything from sourcing guests and recording conversations to editing, publishing, and promoting episodes across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and secure podcast guests who bring valuable perspectives.
• Plan, structure, and host interviews with empathy and professionalism.
• Manage editing, post-production, and distribution to ensure high-quality episodes.
• Write compelling show notes and create promotional content for social media.

Requirements

• Ownership of podcasting equipment (microphone, headphones, recording setup).
• Proven experience in podcast production (hosting, editing, or producing).
• Strong interviewing and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills

• Video editing for reels or short-form content.
• Experience with audience growth and podcast promotion.
• Writing skills for blogs or newsletters.
