Job Description
A rapidly expanding cloud contact center platform operating in over 20 countries seeks an experienced Outbound & Inbound Email Marketing Expert. With more than 100M+ global customer interactions powered to date, the company is reshaping the contact center industry by prioritizing user experience and innovative client engagement strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, design, and execute outbound email campaigns using tools such as Smartlead, Lemlist, Sendspark, Hyperise, and Clay to generate leads and increase conversions.
- Manage inbound email marketing efforts with Mautic, including newsletters, lifecycle marketing, and nurture campaigns to improve retention and customer engagement.
- Utilize data scraping and enrichment platforms like Clay and Apollo to create high-quality prospect lists for outbound strategies.
- Track, analyze, and report on KPIs such as open rates, click-through rates, conversions, and customer lifetime value to optimize campaign effectiveness.
- Develop automated workflows aligned with different stages of the customer journey, including onboarding and retention campaigns.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience in email marketing, covering both outbound and inbound strategies in a B2B environment.
- Strong command of tools like Smartlead, Lemlist, Sendspark, Hyperise, Clay (for outbound) and Mautic (for inbound).
- Solid understanding of segmentation, personalization, and lead nurturing through email marketing funnels.
- Experience with A/B testing, data-driven campaign optimization, and basic HTML/CSS email troubleshooting.
- Excellent communication skills, strong project management, and the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
