An established e-learning company specialising in innovative learning platforms for leading brands is seeking a Customer Success Specialist to join its growing team. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as their main point of contact.
  • Conduct success reviews and check-ins to ensure customers gain measurable value from their Learning Management System (LMS).
  • Proactively monitor platform usage, identify opportunities for feature adoption, and optimise client outcomes.
  • Deliver best-practice guidance, training, and support to help customers maximise platform use.
  • Manage and resolve customer support queries efficiently through the shared inbox.
  • Track and analyse customer health metrics to identify retention opportunities and at-risk accounts.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including Product, Project Management, and Marketing to address client needs.

Requirements

Essential:

  • Previous experience in customer success, account management, or client support (ideally within SaaS or e-learning).
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with a consultative and customer-focused mindset.
  • Analytical ability to interpret customer data and develop actionable insights.
  • Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities independently.

Desirable:

  • Experience with Totara TXP, Moodle, or other LMS platforms.
  • Understanding of e-learning standards such as SCORM or xAPI.
  • Experience delivering online training sessions or webinars.
  • Familiarity with CRM or ticketing systems such as HubSpot or Zendesk.
