PE Lifts Nigeria, a leading provider of vertical transportation solutions, is seeking a skilled Growth Marketing Manager to lead its digital marketing and online growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will manage multi-channel marketing campaigns, website performance, and analytics while driving measurable results across digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and manage responsive, SEO-optimized websites to enhance user experience and brand visibility.
- Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads and performance marketing campaigns across search, display, and video platforms.
- Manage Google accounts and tools (Ads, Analytics GA4, Search Console, Tag Manager, and Business Profile), ensuring accuracy and issue resolution.
- Conduct keyword analysis, on-page/off-page SEO, and implement growth-driven strategies to boost online visibility.
- Track, analyze, and report campaign performance metrics, providing insights for marketing improvement and growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align digital marketing activities with business objectives.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, IT, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of proven experience in growth, digital, or performance marketing.
- Proficiency in website design and management tools, SEO software, and digital ad platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.).
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and reporting skills.
- Relevant certifications in digital marketing or analytics are an added advantage.
