The role focuses on go-to-market execution, user conversion, and growth optimization for a freemium-to-premium product model. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the go-to-market strategy for the B2C SaaS product.
- Optimize conversion rates through improved product messaging, user flow, and positioning.
- Analyze and enhance the user journey from landing to activation to premium conversion.
- Design and execute A/B tests to validate messaging, onboarding, and feature adoption.
- Monitor product performance and key metrics using tools such as Mixpanel and Google Analytics.
- Build and manage engaged online communities across Reddit, LinkedIn, Discord, X, and other relevant platforms.
- Create engaging content, including newsletters, social posts, and AI-driven communications.
- Identify collaboration opportunities and partnerships to boost product visibility and user engagement.
Requirements
- Proven experience in product marketing and growth, specifically within B2C SaaS or Marketplace sectors.
- Strong understanding of conversion funnels, UX optimization, and data-driven marketing.
- Proficiency with Mixpanel and similar analytics platforms.
- Ability to simplify complex product processes and deliver actionable improvement strategies.
- Experience managing online communities and awareness campaigns.
- Strong collaboration skills with technical and product teams.
- Autonomous, creative, and fast-moving mindset.
- Fluency in English and Spanish.
