Job Description

A clean energy technology company is seeking a Paid Media Buyer to lead global paid advertising initiatives across Meta, Google, and TikTok. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing data-driven strategies that drive lead generation, optimize performance, and support international market growth. This position suits a performance marketer experienced in managing campaigns end-to-end across multiple regions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, launch, and manage paid ad campaigns across Meta, Google, and TikTok from start to finish.
  • Implement strategic audience targeting, bidding, and budget allocation to maximize ROI.
  • Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, copy, and audiences to improve campaign performance.
  • Track, analyze, and report campaign metrics, providing actionable insights for optimization.
  • Collaborate with creative and funnel management teams to ensure consistent and effective campaign delivery.
  • Stay updated on advertising trends, new tools, and emerging ad formats to improve performance.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of hands-on experience managing paid campaigns on Meta and Google (TikTok experience preferred).
  • Proven ability to execute and optimize campaigns across multiple countries and markets.
  • Strong understanding of lead generation, audience targeting, and metrics such as CPL, CPA, and ROAS.
  • Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads Manager.
  • Analytical mindset with strong reporting skills using Google Analytics and platform dashboards.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
