Job Description
Moniepoint is seeking an experienced and results-driven Regional Facilities Manager to oversee facility operations across multiple locations in Nigeria. The ideal candidate will be skilled in facility management, space planning, architectural design, and 3D modeling, with the ability to ensure operational efficiency and workplace functionality across various sites.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations, maintenance, and compliance of Moniepoint facilities within the assigned region.
- Lead workspace planning, develop architectural layouts, and create 3D drawings to optimize functionality and aesthetics.
- Oversee property acquisition, office setup, refurbishments, and vendor management while ensuring adherence to budgets and timelines.
- Ensure all facilities meet health, safety, and environmental standards, implementing preventive maintenance and sustainability measures.
- Collaborate with internal teams to translate business needs into efficient workspace solutions and manage office relocations.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 7 years of proven experience in facilities management, project management, or property acquisition.
- Strong background in architectural design, space planning, and 3D modeling using AutoCAD, SketchUp, or Revit.
- Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Architecture, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Solid understanding of budgeting, vendor management, and health and safety compliance.
- Professional certifications such as PMP, CFM, or HSE are an added advantage.
