FrieslandCampina WAMCO Nigeria Plc is seeking an experienced Reward Manager to drive competitive, cost-effective, and motivating reward strategies that enhance employee engagement and business performance. The ideal candidate will activate global reward solutions, ensure compliance with local practices, and provide insights into market trends affecting compensation and benefits.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and activate global reward strategies, systems, and policies within the cluster.
- Provide expert insights on reward trends and dynamics in the local talent market.
- Support the design and delivery of reward programs that attract, retain, and motivate employees.
- Ensure consistency and compliance with global and local compensation standards.
- Simplify complex reward information for business leaders and employees.
- Collaborate with HR and management teams to ensure fair and competitive compensation practices.
Requirements:
- First degree in Social Science, Arts, or a related discipline.
- MBA/MSc and certification in CIPM, CIPD, or SHRM.
- Minimum of 8 years’ experience in HR or reward management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Solid understanding of local labor laws, compensation trends, and business operations.
- Ability to communicate complex reward concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
