Risevest Technologies Limited is hiring a Creative Art Director (Marketing) to lead design and visual storytelling for Hisa, its stock trading subsidiary. The role calls for a visionary creative professional with a strong grasp of brand identity, marketing campaigns, and digital design execution. The Creative Art Director will shape compelling visuals that elevate audience engagement and reinforce brand perception across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead creative art direction for brand campaigns, ensuring visual consistency and storytelling across all marketing channels.
• Conceptualize and execute engaging visuals for digital, print, social media, and video platforms.
• Translate marketing briefs into high-impact creative concepts and layouts that align with brand strategy.
• Collaborate with marketing, social media, community, and production teams to bring creative ideas to life.
• Manage multiple design projects, meeting deadlines while maintaining top-quality output.
• Present creative ideas clearly, respond positively to feedback, and refine designs as needed.

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years’ experience in a creative agency or in-house design team.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro).
• Deep understanding of design principles, typography, and visual composition.
• Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to adapt in a hybrid work environment and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in motion graphics or video editing.
• Understanding of branding within the financial or tech sectors.
• Experience developing and refining visual identities for brands.
