A reputable company in the engineering services, oil & gas, construction, and infrastructure industry is seeking a strategic and visionary Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join its executive leadership team in Lagos. The ideal candidate will play a key role in shaping financial strategy, driving growth, and ensuring long-term business sustainability across large-scale, capital-intensive operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive financial strategies to support business objectives.
- Lead financial planning, budgeting, treasury, and reporting processes.
- Oversee audits, compliance, and risk management to maintain financial integrity.
- Collaborate with business units to optimize performance and profitability.
- Manage investor relations, banking, and funding arrangements.
- Provide strategic insight to support decision-making and sustainable growth initiatives.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Minimum of 15 years of relevant finance experience, including at least 7 years in a senior leadership or CFO capacity.
- Professional certification such as ACA, ACCA, CPA, or CFA.
- Strong background in corporate finance, project funding, and risk management.
- Proven experience in the engineering, oil & gas, or infrastructure sectors.
- Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
