We are currently seeking to hire for the role below:

 Waitress

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

The Waitress will provide excellent customer service by ensuring guests enjoy a pleasant dining experience. This role involves guest interaction, order management, table service, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly, guide them to their seats, and check in on them throughout their visit.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them promptly to the kitchen or bar.
• Offer menu suggestions and assist guests in making selections.
• Serve meals and drinks efficiently and ensure orders are delivered correctly.
• Manage customer payments and process transactions accurately.
• Maintain tidy tables by clearing used dishes and preparing seating areas for new guests.
• Respond to guest needs, handle inquiries, and resolve concerns courteously.
• Support daily operations such as preparing service stations and rolling cutlery.
• Uphold cleanliness and hygiene standards within the dining area.
