Job Description

PC Place is a leading Nigerian retailer offering computers, electronics, and tech accessories through its online platform and physical stores. The company’s head office is situated in Ikeja, Lagos.

Front Desk Officer – Tech Organization

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

Receive and attend to clients, guests, and business partners courteously.

Ensure all visitors sign in and comply with security and access procedures.

Communication Coordination:

Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and messages; direct them to the appropriate teams or personnel.

Serve as the first point of contact for general inquiries.

Front Desk & Office Maintenance:

Keep the reception area tidy, organized, and visually appealing.

Track office supplies and equipment and initiate replenishment when necessary.

Administrative Assistance:

Support daily administrative tasks such as data entry, document filing, photocopying, and preparing reports or presentations.

Scheduling & Logistics:

Organize calendars, arrange meetings, reserve meeting rooms, and coordinate logistics.

Assist with travel bookings when required.

Customer Support:

Address customer inquiries and complaints professionally.

Liaise with internal departments—such as sales or tech support—to ensure issues are resolved promptly and client satisfaction is maintained.

Basic Tech Knowledge (Industry-Specific):

May be required to provide basic IT troubleshooting or general information about the company’s products/services before escalating issues to the technical team.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Education:

HND or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related disciplines (preferred).

Experience:

Previous experience in a front desk, customer service, or administrative role is an advantage.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Familiarity with office management systems, CRM tools, or scheduling software is beneficial.

Soft Skills:

Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

Excellent organization, multitasking, and time-management skills.

Professional appearance with a warm and customer-focused attitude.

Good problem-solving skills; able to work independently and collaboratively.

Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times.

Salary:

₦100,000 – ₦120,000 monthly
