Class Suites Hotels & Apartment is a contemporary hospitality brand with branches across Lagos, Abuja, and Ibadan. Strategically located near major airports, we provide exceptional comfort and a premium guest experience.

We are currently hiring for the position below:

Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Responsibilities

Guest Relations: Serve as the primary contact for guest concerns, ensuring issues are resolved promptly, professionally, and with a focus on customer satisfaction.

Daily Operations: Supervise day-to-day hotel activities, ensuring public areas, guest rooms, and service points consistently meet operational standards.

Team Leadership: Support and coordinate staff across departments including Front Office, Housekeeping, and Food & Beverage; ensure proper staffing, training, and compliance with hotel procedures.

Safety & Security: Enforce health, safety, and security policies; respond effectively to emergencies or crisis situations.

Coordination & Reporting: Maintain strong communication with all departments to ensure seamless operations and provide regular updates to senior management.

Administrative & Financial Support: Assist with administrative duties, financial checks, and may contribute to budgeting or revenue-improvement activities.

Requirements

Minimum of SSCE qualification.

Previous experience in hotel operations or supervisory roles is an added advantage (optional to include).
