 (Key Responsibilities)
  • Lead end-to-end delivery of small to moderately complex projects, ensuring alignment with scope, timeline, and budget
  • Coordinate and support cross-functional teams, including internal stakeholders, matrix managers, and client representatives
  • Monitor project milestones, deliverables, and KPIs using project management systems and reporting tools
  • Prepare project dashboards, status reports, and presentations for stakeholder review under the direction of senior leadership
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including schedules, risks, issues, change requests, and lessons learned

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred (Business, Healthcare, Information Systems, Mathematics, or related fields)
  • 3–5 years of hands-on project management experience
  • PMP or Six Sigma certification strongly preferred (or actively pursuing certification)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Commitment to compliance with corporate policies, including HIPAA Privacy and Security requirements

 Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience within healthcare delivery systems, Medicaid/Medicare programs, or government contracting
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with proven ability to facilitate team discussions and stakeholder meetings
  • Confidence leading small teams or workstreams under the guidance of senior project leaders
  • Ability to manage multiple small-to-midsize initiatives simultaneously, with support from senior project managers
