Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and network systems.
- Diagnose and resolve issues related to desktops, laptops, printers, servers, and other IT equipment.
- Provide timely technical support to staff and troubleshoot IT-related challenges.
- Ensure system security through regular backups, antivirus management, and proper access controls.
- Monitor and manage network components, including switches, routers, firewalls, and VPN connections.
- Implement and uphold IT policies, procedures, and security standards.
- Assess and recommend new tools, technologies, and solutions to improve operations.
- Work closely with other departments to understand and support their IT needs.
- Plan and carry out IT projects such as installations, upgrades, and system migrations.
- Maintain accurate documentation of IT systems, configurations, and processes.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- Proven experience in IT support or system administration.
- Strong understanding of computer hardware, software, and networking.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
- Working knowledge of Windows, Linux, and macOS operating systems.
- Good understanding of network protocols, cybersecurity practices, and system protection.
- Ability to multitask and perform effectively under pressure.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.

Professional certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft certifications are an added advantage.
