Job Description
Interrand Homes & Properties Ltd, a real estate and construction company based in Abuja, is hiring a Head of Sales and Marketing to drive revenue growth, lead high-performing teams, and expand market presence. This role is suited for a hands-on sales leader with a proven record of closing real estate deals and strong knowledge of the Abuja property market.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and execute effective sales and marketing strategies aligned with business growth objectives
- Lead, coach, and manage the sales and marketing team to consistently achieve and exceed targets
- Drive property sales, client acquisition, and market expansion across Abuja
- Oversee marketing campaigns, promotions, and brand visibility initiatives
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders
- Monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and provide forecasts for management decision-making
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to refine pricing and positioning strategies
- Collaborate with management on projections, product offerings, and revenue planning
Job Requirements
- Hold a BSc or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Have a minimum of 6 years of proven experience in real estate sales and marketing
- Demonstrate verifiable and trackable sales performance within the real estate sector
- Possess strong leadership experience managing sales and marketing teams
- Show deep understanding of Abuja real estate market trends and buyer behavior
- Exhibit excellent negotiation, communication, and deal-closing skills
- Be proficient in CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and digital marketing platforms
- Professional certifications in sales or marketing are an added advantage
