Job Description

An experienced Assistant Manager is required for a hospitality lounge located in Ikosi, Lagos. This role supports daily lounge operations, staff supervision, and service delivery while ensuring high standards of customer experience and operational efficiency. The position is ideal for professionals with a strong hospitality background who can thrive in a fast-paced, shift-based environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Lounge Manager in overseeing daily operations and shift activities
  • Supervise staff performance and ensure adherence to service and operational standards
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service recovery professionally
  • Monitor stock levels, basic inventory control, and operational supplies
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hospitality regulations
  • Assist with staff scheduling, attendance monitoring, and shift coordination

Job Requirements

  • Relevant experience in hospitality, lounge, or related service roles
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • High level of professionalism, reliability, and attention to detail
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends
  • Capacity to perform effectively in a fast-paced work environment
  • Must reside within or close to Ikosi, Ketu, Magodo, or Lagos Mainland
