Job Description

DTECH Centrix Plus Limited, through Pathfinder Consulting, is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee and optimize business operations. This role is suited for a results-driven professional with strong leadership, process improvement, and operational planning skills in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute operational strategies to improve efficiency, productivity, and cost management
• Oversee daily operations, including planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and task prioritization
• Review and optimize internal processes to enhance workflow and operational performance
• Collaborate with departmental leads to identify operational gaps and implement effective solutions
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare reports to support data-driven decision-making
• Manage vendor, supplier, and partner relationships to ensure timely and cost-effective service delivery
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and relevant industry regulations
• Supervise inventory management, procurement, storage, and distribution processes
• Implement quality control standards to maintain consistent service delivery
• Lead, coach, and motivate the operations team to achieve organizational objectives

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
• Master’s degree is an added advantage
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in operations management or a similar role
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Proven leadership and people management experience
• Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills
• Proficiency in productivity and operations-related software tools
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced work environment
• Sound knowledge of operations management best practices and emerging industry trends
