Job Responsibilities
• Participate in structured graduate rotations and on-the-job training across assigned pathways
• Support day-to-day operations, projects, and team deliverables within the assigned business unit
• Apply academic knowledge to real-world business, financial, technological, or advisory tasks
• Attend scheduled training sessions, workshops, and professional development programmes
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to support organisational objectives
• Demonstrate continuous learning, adaptability, and professional growth throughout the programme

Requirements
• Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university
• Minimum of a Second-Class Upper Division (2:1)
• At least five (5) O’ Level credits, including English Language and Mathematics
• Completion of the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) programme
• Applicants must not be older than 27 years at the time of application
• Relevant professional qualifications or certifications are an added advantage
