Google Ads Specialist

Job Description

A results-driven Google Ads Specialist is required to plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns that drive measurable growth. This role is ideal for an experienced professional with a strong track record of managing high-performing Google Ads campaigns and delivering clear ROI. The position is fully remote but open to candidates based in Lagos and across Nigeria.

Key Responsibilities
• Create, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, and other relevant networks
• Conduct in-depth keyword research, audience targeting, and ad copy optimization
• Monitor campaign performance and continuously optimize for conversions, ROI, CPC, and CPA
• Set up, manage, and troubleshoot conversion tracking and Google Analytics integrations
• Analyze data, identify trends, and prepare clear performance and insight-driven reports

Requirements
• Proven experience as a Google Ads Specialist with verifiable results
• Ability to provide convincing evidence of past campaign performance and ROI
• Strong understanding of CPC, CPA, ROAS, Quality Score, and analytics tools
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage campaigns with minimal supervision
