Job Description

Global Organics Limited is seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead pharmaceutical sales operations across assigned regions. This role focuses on driving revenue growth, leading high-performing sales teams, and expanding market presence while ensuring compliance with industry regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement regional sales strategies aligned with overall business objectives
  • Forecast monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and ensure consistent achievement
  • Lead, train, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives to meet performance goals
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and sales meetings to drive accountability and growth
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify new opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, distributors, pharmacies, and hospital accounts
  • Monitor sales performance using KPIs and data-driven reporting tools
  • Ensure full compliance with pharmaceutical regulations, ethical standards, and company policies
  • Manage regional sales budgets and control operational expenses

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related field
  • MBA is an added advantage
  • Minimum of 8 years’ experience in pharmaceutical sales, including experience in a managerial role
  • Proven ability to lead and manage regional sales teams effectively
  • Strong understanding of the Nigerian pharmaceutical market and regulatory environment
  • Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a results-driven mindset
