Job Description
A premium women’s members club in Lekki Phase 1 is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day operations and support the transition into a structured, full membership-based model. This role is ideal for a strategic and hands-on operations leader with experience in hospitality, events, or luxury lifestyle environments, and a strong interest in women’s wellness and community building.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations, including workflow management, budgeting, and operational planning
- Develop, implement, and monitor SOPs, KPIs, and service standards across all functions
- Plan, coordinate, and execute wellness events, workshops, and networking experiences
- Lead, mentor, and manage staff and volunteers while fostering an inclusive and collaborative culture
- Support membership onboarding, engagement, retention strategies, and customer experience delivery
- Identify operational gaps, recommend improvements, and support broader strategic initiatives
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in an operational leadership role within hospitality, events, or luxury lifestyle sectors
- Demonstrated experience in event management, financial planning, and process optimization
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, service-driven environment
- Clear interest in women’s wellness, empowerment, and community-focused initiatives
