Job Description
International Facilities Services (IFS) Group is seeking a seasoned Business Support Manager to drive effective human resource management and administrative operations across its companies. This role supports business growth by ensuring strong HR systems, efficient administration, and compliance with corporate policies and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess and anticipate human resource needs while ensuring effective recruitment, selection, onboarding, and induction processes
- Maintain accurate HR documentation, data verification, and compliance with recruitment and placement policies
- Develop and manage annual HR plans and budgets aligned with corporate objectives
- Ensure continuous training, retraining, and manpower development across all locations
- Identify training needs, implement annual training schedules, and maintain complete training records
- Establish, implement, and monitor performance management systems, KPIs, SOPs, and time & attendance tools
- Implement compensation and benefits structures and ensure accurate payroll administration
- Manage employee relations, grievances, communication, and feedback channels
- Oversee head office facilities, branch locations, staff accommodations, and facility management services
- Coordinate procurement, supplier management, company vehicles, power usage, and general administrative operations
- Ensure adherence to company policies and optimal utilization of organizational resources
- Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned by management
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 7 years relevant experience in HR and administrative management
- Strong knowledge of HR operations, performance management, and labor regulations
- Proven experience managing training programs, payroll, and employee relations
- Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple locations and operational priorities effectively
