Job Description

An established organization is seeking an experienced Head of Operations to provide strategic and hands-on leadership across its operational functions. This role is suited for a senior professional with a strong background in managing large teams, complex projects, and compliance-driven environments while driving efficiency and sustainable business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee day-to-day operations and large-scale operational initiatives across the organization.
• Manage, mentor, and develop large multidisciplinary teams to improve productivity and performance.
• Ensure full compliance with regulatory, legal, and industry-specific requirements.
• Develop and execute operational strategies that support business growth and long-term objectives.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and optimize service delivery.
• Monitor operational KPIs and implement continuous improvement processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or Operations Management (Master’s degree is an advantage).
• Minimum of 10 years’ progressive experience in senior operations or leadership roles.
• Proven experience managing complex projects and large teams in structured environments.
• Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks, compliance, and operational risk management.
• Industry experience in Renewable Energy, Manufacturing, or Technology is highly desirable.
