Job Description
ITEX Integrated Services Limited is seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Manager to oversee, maintain, and optimize enterprise IT infrastructure. This role is critical to ensuring system reliability, security, scalability, and continuous availability of core IT services that support business operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, implement, and manage IT infrastructure including servers, networks, storage, and cloud services
- Ensure high availability, performance, and security of all infrastructure systems
- Lead infrastructure upgrades, capacity planning, and disaster recovery initiatives
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and resolve incidents promptly
- Manage vendors, service providers, and infrastructure-related contracts
- Develop and enforce infrastructure policies, standards, and documentation
Requirements
- Relevant degree or professional qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- Proven experience managing enterprise IT infrastructure environments
- Strong knowledge of networking, servers, virtualization, and security best practices
- Experience with system monitoring, backup, and disaster recovery solutions
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work under minimal supervision
