Job Description
Pathway Advisors Limited is seeking a skilled Digital Marketer / PR Executive to drive digital visibility, strengthen brand reputation, and support public relations activities across the Group and its subsidiaries. This role focuses on executing digital marketing strategies, creating high-impact content, and supporting corporate communications across online and offline channels, particularly within the financial services space.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to support brand awareness, campaigns, investor education, and lead generation.
- Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Oversee SEO, SEM, website optimization, and email marketing campaigns, including newsletters and automated sequences.
- Create and manage digital content including blog articles, newsletters, infographics, marketing collaterals, and campaign materials.
- Simplify complex financial and investment topics into clear, engaging content for diverse audiences.
- Monitor online brand mentions, conduct sentiment analysis, and support brand and reputation management initiatives.
- Track, analyze, and report digital marketing and PR performance metrics, providing data-driven optimization recommendations.
- Support stakeholder communications, internal updates, events, webinars, and investor-related activities.
- Collaborate with internal teams and coordinate with external agencies, designers, and media partners as required.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3–6 years of experience in digital marketing, PR, or corporate communications, preferably within financial services, banking, investment, capital markets, or fintech.
- Proven experience using digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, email marketing platforms, Meta Business Suite, and SEM tools.
- Strong understanding of PR practices, media relations, and corporate communication standards.
- Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills with strong attention to detail.
- Solid knowledge of financial services marketing and regulatory communication guidelines.
- Strong analytical, creative, and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, professional corporate environment with a high level of discretion.
