360Branding and Digital Agency is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Account Manager to oversee client accounts and coordinate marketing activities across digital platforms. This role is fully remote and suited to professionals who can manage multiple clients, communicate clearly, and translate business goals into structured execution plans. The position requires full professional commitment and strong organisational discipline.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts
- Plan, write, and manage content calendars across multiple platforms
- Write, edit, and refine marketing copy, captions, and campaign messaging
- Translate client objectives into clear briefs and actionable tasks
- Coordinate designers and internal team members to meet deliverables
- Track tasks, timelines, and deliverables using Trello
- Manage documentation, workflows, and planning on Notion
- Proactively identify and communicate risks, delays, or potential issues
Requirements
- OND qualification with a minimum of 2 years relevant experience
- Excellent writing and communication skills (mandatory)
- Strong organisational, planning, and multitasking abilities
- Proven ability to create content calendars and marketing copy
- Process-driven, detail-oriented, and highly reliable
- Prior experience in digital marketing agencies or client-facing roles is an advantage
- Ability to work remotely with minimal supervision
