Job Description
A leading construction, manufacturing, and distribution group is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative, operational, and strategic support to the CEO. This role is critical to ensuring effective time management, seamless communication, and efficient execution of executive priorities. The Executive Assistant will serve as a trusted partner, handling sensitive information with discretion while supporting decision-making and executive operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate the CEO’s calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel schedules.
- Prepare daily briefs, agendas, itineraries, presentations, and executive reports.
- Draft, review, and manage correspondence and official communications on behalf of the CEO.
- Act as the primary liaison between the CEO and internal or external stakeholders.
- Track action items, deadlines, and deliverables, ensuring timely follow-up and execution.
- Organize and support executive meetings, board meetings, and stakeholder engagements, including accurate minute-taking.
- Conduct research, compile data, and prepare dashboards or briefing notes to support strategic decisions.
- Oversee the smooth operation of the Executive Office, maintaining confidentiality, professionalism, and efficiency.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Social Sciences, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5–8 years’ experience supporting C-suite executives or senior management.
- Proven experience working in a fast-paced executive or corporate environment.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and digital productivity platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with high attention to detail and discretion.
