Job Description

DataVance LLC is seeking an experienced Frontend Engineer to build interactive, responsive, and high-performing web applications. This role focuses on translating UI/UX designs into seamless user experiences while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and user-friendly digital products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain user-facing features using clean, maintainable, and scalable code
  • Translate UI/UX designs into responsive web interfaces with high visual and functional accuracy
  • Ensure technical feasibility, performance optimization, and cross-browser compatibility of designs
  • Collaborate with backend developers, designers, and product managers to improve usability and functionality
  • Optimize applications for speed, scalability, accessibility, and mobile-first performance
  • Maintain consistency in UI/UX design and branding across all platforms
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve frontend issues to enhance user experience
  • Stay updated with emerging frontend technologies, tools, and best practices

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
  • 4–6 years of professional experience as a Frontend Engineer or Frontend Developer
  • Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+)
  • Hands-on experience with React or other modern JavaScript frameworks (Vue, Angular)
  • Experience with TypeScript and utility-first frameworks such as Tailwind CSS
  • Solid understanding of responsive and mobile-first design principles
  • Familiarity with RESTful APIs and frontend-backend integration
  • Experience using version control systems such as Git
  • Knowledge of UI/UX best practices and design tools such as Figma or Adobe XD
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively within a team
