The Oranje Media, a creative advertising agency specializing in UGC, direct response, and short-form video ads, is hiring a Creative Strategist. This role is suited for a creative thinker with hands-on experience in digital ads who can develop winning concepts, guide video editors, and manage creative output in a fast-paced remote environment.

Role Overview
The Creative Strategist role begins with structured onboarding and progresses into full ownership of creative execution. The position is fully remote and requires full-time commitment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop high-performing ad concepts, creative angles, scripts, and briefs for UGC, direct response, TikTok-style, and short-form video ads
  • Provide clear editing instructions to video editors and review completed edits for quality, clarity, and performance impact
  • Manage creative workflows, including coordination with video editors and UGC creators
  • Optimize ad creatives for engagement, conversions, and platform-specific performance
  • Oversee creative output independently after onboarding and ensure timely delivery of projects

Requirements

  • Fast learner with the ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks
  • Experience with UGC-style ads, TikTok-style ads, or short-form video advertising
  • Strong understanding of ad scripting, creative briefing, or ad concept development
  • Tech-savvy with working knowledge of Google Workspace tools
  • Reliable laptop, stable electricity supply, and consistent internet connection
  • Availability for full-time work only; no side roles or freelance commitments
