Job Description

A growing professional services firm is seeking an experienced Business Development Executive to drive client acquisition, revenue growth, and strategic partnerships. This role focuses on selling structured consumer liaison and customer experience (CX) solutions to corporate clients, building long-term B2B relationships, and expanding market presence across key industries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, pursue, and convert B2B business opportunities across banking, fintech, telecoms, healthcare, utilities, and related sectors.
  • Sell retainer-based, project-based, and hybrid service offerings to corporate clients.
  • Build, manage, and maintain a strong sales pipeline from lead generation through deal closure.
  • Support commercial strategy, including pricing, proposal development, and contract negotiations.
  • Collaborate with Operations teams to ensure service offerings align with client needs and agreed SLAs.
  • Identify new markets, service extensions, and strategic partnership opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders.
  • Support client onboarding and effective handover to Operations teams.
  • Gather market intelligence and client feedback to support continuous service improvement.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 4 years’ experience in business development, sales, or commercial roles.
  • Proven experience selling B2B services with a strong commercial background.
  • Experience within professional services, consulting, fintech, banking, telecoms, or enterprise solutions is an advantage.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
  • Results-driven, confident, and comfortable working in a growth-stage environment.
