Job Description

BuildFast is seeking an experienced Lead Project Architect / Project Coordinator to provide full technical and project leadership across construction and finishing projects. This is a senior-level role responsible for translating client briefs into buildable solutions, coordinating execution on-site, and ensuring projects are delivered to high professional standards. The role requires hands-on construction supervision, strong client engagement, and end-to-end project ownership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare detailed architectural drawings, 3D concepts, and professional client presentations
  • Translate client requirements into clear scopes of work and project proposals
  • Coordinate and supervise construction sites, finishing works, and day-to-day project execution
  • Manage artisans, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure quality workmanship
  • Monitor project timelines, material standards, and quality control processes
  • Interface directly with clients, consultants, and regulatory bodies
  • Represent BuildFast in meetings, site inspections, and technical presentations
  • Support business development through accurate technical documentation and proposals

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years proven experience in residential construction and finishing projects
  • Strong understanding of Abuja building practices, regulations, and approval processes
  • Demonstrated ability to supervise on-site construction beyond design work
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and take full responsibility for project outcomes
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, Enscape, or similar architectural tools
  • Professional, disciplined, and integrity-driven approach to work
