Job Description

Beaumont Woods and Furnitures is seeking a skilled Website Developer / Digital Marketer to manage e-commerce website development, digital marketing activities, and social media engagement. This role combines technical website development with strategic digital marketing to drive online visibility, customer engagement, and sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain responsive e-commerce websites that are visually appealing, user-friendly, and optimized for performance.
  • Ensure websites run smoothly with minimal loading time, no broken links, and clear navigation.
  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media platforms to grow brand awareness and online sales.
  • Create, schedule, and publish engaging text, image, and video content tailored to the target audience.
  • Monitor social media interactions, respond to customer inquiries, and resolve concerns professionally.
  • Analyze website traffic, engagement data, and campaign performance to identify trends and improve results.
  • Track online conversations, hashtags, and market trends to align content with current customer interests.
  • Convert online leads into sales through effective digital marketing and customer engagement strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree, HND, or OND qualification.
  • 3–10 years of relevant work experience as a Website Developer, Digital Marketer, or similar role.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate with designers, writers, developers, and management.
  • Proven creativity in developing engaging digital and social media content.
  • Solid technical skills in website development, e-commerce platforms, and digital marketing tools.
  • Experience using social media analytics and performance tracking tools.
  • Strong research skills to identify emerging digital trends and new marketing tools.
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines and business targets.
  • Demonstrated ability to market products online and close sales digitally.
