Job Description

Nexia Nigeria is seeking a Chief of Staff to serve as a strategic advisor to the Managing Partner. This role is pivotal in driving organizational effectiveness, aligning leadership priorities, and ensuring the execution of strategic initiatives across the firm. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, financial oversight, and project management skills to enhance both internal processes and client-facing operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a trusted advisor to the Managing Partner, coordinating communication, strategic initiatives, and leadership decisions across the firm.
  • Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, and long-term financial planning to support business growth and operational efficiency.
  • Drive business development initiatives, including client relationship strategies, proposals, presentations, and strategic partnerships.
  • Optimize internal workflows, establish and monitor firm-wide KPIs, and support digital transformation efforts to streamline operations.
  • Facilitate cross-departmental collaboration, ensuring timely decision-making, adherence to policies, and high-quality client service.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Management, or a related field; Master’s degree or MBA is a plus.
  • 6–8 years of progressive experience in professional services, consulting, or corporate leadership roles.
  • Membership of a professional body such as ICAN, CIPMN, or NIM.
  • Strong strategic thinking, financial acumen, leadership, and project management skills.
