Job Description

Rosettee Construction is seeking a detail-oriented Asset Management Officer to oversee the proper management, tracking, and safeguarding of company assets. This role is critical to maintaining accurate asset records, supporting financial accountability, and ensuring compliance with internal policies and procedures across office and project sites.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement approved asset management policies and procedures to ensure transparency, objectivity, and accountability
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date asset records, registers, and databases through timely data entry
  • Monitor, control, and safeguard company assets to prevent loss, theft, or misuse
  • Coordinate asset documentation, tagging, movement tracking, and verification processes
  • Prepare and submit weekly and monthly asset management reports in line with reporting timelines
  • Conduct periodic physical verification and audits of assets at the head office and project sites
  • Support finance and administration functions with asset valuation, reconciliation, and audit activities
  • Carry out other asset- and finance-related duties as assigned by management

Requirements and Qualifications
Interested candidates should meet the following requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Proven experience in asset management, inventory control, or a similar role
  • Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy in record-keeping
  • Good knowledge of asset tracking systems and reporting processes
  • Ability to work independently and conduct site-based asset verification when required
  • Strong organizational, communication, and reporting skills
