Hogan Guards Limited is seeking an experienced Head of Operations to lead and coordinate security operations across multiple sites. This role is responsible for ensuring efficient service delivery, regulatory compliance, and the effective execution of operational strategies within the organization.

Job Responsibilities

  • Oversee and coordinate daily operations across all security divisions and locations
  • Implement, monitor, and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
  • Supervise guard deployment, patrol schedules, and field operations
  • Manage incident response, reporting, and operational quality control processes
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal operational standards
  • Prepare operational reports and contribute to strategic planning initiatives

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field; MBA or professional certification is an added advantage
  • 5–10 years of operational leadership experience, preferably within the security sector
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and risk management skills
  • Proven ability to manage large teams and oversee multi-site operations
