Job Description
A partner company of Jobgether is seeking an experienced Lead Customer Success Strategist to head its customer success function. This leadership role focuses on driving customer retention, satisfaction, and revenue growth by building strong relationships, optimizing customer journeys, and leading a high-performing Customer Success team. The position plays a critical role in shaping long-term customer partnerships and improving the overall client experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing Customer Success team to meet retention and revenue goals
- Own and improve Net Revenue Retention (NRR) by reducing churn and driving account expansion
- Design and execute structured upsell and cross-sell strategies
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Marketing teams to represent customer needs and insights
- Optimize customer onboarding, adoption, and long-term engagement strategies
- Track customer health metrics and proactively address risks
- Use data, analytics, and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement
Requirements
- Minimum of 6 years’ experience in Customer Success, including at least 3 years in a leadership role
- Strong background in B2B SaaS customer success environments
- Proven success in improving customer retention, expansion, and satisfaction at scale
- Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and grow high-performing teams
- Data-driven approach with experience managing customer success KPIs and metrics
- Excellent communication skills, including experience engaging senior and C-level stakeholders
- Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth setting
- Hands-on experience with customer success platforms, CRMs, and account management tools
- Fluency in English
