Lakowe Lakes Hospitality Limited is seeking a skilled Brand Marketing and Social Media Manager to elevate the brand presence of Lakowe Lakes Golf & Country Estate by Newmark Hotels & Reserves. The role focuses on building brand awareness, managing digital and social media marketing, and ensuring consistent messaging across all marketing channels. The ideal candidate will drive engaging campaigns, enhance guest experiences, and strengthen the estate’s reputation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive brand and PR strategies, ensuring alignment with brand standards.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns, seasonal promotions, and events in collaboration with creative and marketing teams.
- Manage organic and paid social media campaigns across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Google, tracking performance and optimizing results.
- Oversee guest experience initiatives to foster community engagement and maintain high-quality brand interactions.
Requirements:
- 5–8 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or social media roles.
- Proven expertise in brand strategy, digital marketing, and social media management.
- Excellent copywriting, communication, and storytelling skills.
- Proficiency in social media platforms, content creation, marketing software, and digital analytics.
- Experience in the hospitality, hotel, lodge, or resort industry is highly advantageous.
- Strong planning, organizational, and team management abilities.
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
