Job Description
A leading organization is seeking a highly skilled and adaptable Project Director to support the Managing Director and senior leadership team. The role involves strategic planning, program management, and operational oversight, ensuring that organizational objectives are executed efficiently across multiple functions, including finance, supply chain, and school operations. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, hands-on implementer, and trusted advisor with a proven record of driving complex initiatives to success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the execution of strategic initiatives, ensuring termly and annual milestones are achieved on schedule.
- Manage and update the program operational calendar and follow up on actions, decisions, and commitments from the Managing Director.
- Oversee the School Inspection Team to ensure compliance with policies and operational standards across schools.
- Prepare business performance reports, market analysis, and operational insights to support effective decision-making.
- Coordinate business planning processes, including forecasts, budgets, and long-range plans, analyzing variances to optimize efficiency.
- Attend functional team meetings to maintain organizational alignment and connect cross-functional initiatives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree from a top-tier university; advanced degrees such as an MBA are preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of executive-level experience with a strong record of professional achievement; experience in consulting, finance, or start-up environments is highly desirable.
- Exceptional project management skills with experience in calendars, Gantt charts, trackers, and cross-functional project coordination.
- Solid functional knowledge in strategy, operations, HR, supply chain, finance, and project management.
- Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make decisions quickly and effectively.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, Word/Google Docs, and PowerPoint/Google Slides.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for presenting complex ideas at all organizational levels.
- Demonstrated leadership in team environments and ability to operate in dynamic, high-pressure settings.
