Job Description
Safety Consultants Solutions Provider (SCSP) is seeking a highly experienced Finance & Administration Lead to provide strategic and operational oversight of financial management and administrative governance. This role is critical to ensuring strong financial controls, accurate reporting, regulatory compliance, and alignment with IFRS and ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management Systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management in line with organizational objectives
- Maintain accurate online accounting records and ensure the integrity of financial data
- Prepare timely and accurate financial reports in compliance with IFRS for management and stakeholders
- Develop, implement, and review financial policies, procedures, manuals, and asset management frameworks
- Oversee internal audits, strengthen internal controls, and manage financial risk mitigation measures
- Coordinate external audits and regulatory reviews, and ensure implementation of audit recommendations
- Ensure full compliance with tax, statutory, and regulatory obligations
- Plan, organize, and manage administrative functions including staffing, reporting, and budgeting
- Safeguard company assets and ensure efficient use of financial and administrative resources
- Implement, monitor, and continuously improve ISO 9001:2015 QMS processes within finance and administration
- Conduct and report internal QMS audits and support management reviews and corrective actions
- Provide leadership, performance management, and professional guidance to finance and administration staff
- Advise executive management on financial, administrative, governance, and compliance matters
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
- Professional certification such as ACA, ACCA, CPA, or equivalent (mandatory)
- Minimum of 7–10 years of progressive experience in finance and administration
- At least 3 years of experience in a leadership or managerial role
- Strong working knowledge of IFRS, internal controls, financial audits, and regulatory compliance
- Proven hands-on experience implementing and auditing ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management Systems
- Strong financial analysis, planning, and reporting capabilities
- Proficiency in accounting systems and online financial platforms
- Solid understanding of governance, risk management, and compliance frameworks
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- High level of integrity, attention to detail, and professionalism
